Dan has been active in commercial real estate brokerage and development since 1986. Dan specializes in the sale of vacant land to both developers and investors, with a high concentration on residential subdivisions and large tracks of land. He is responsible for sales approaching $200,000,000 in total transactions and has extensive experience in all facets of single-family residential development and land planning. Dan has spent considerable time working with land planners, engineers and land developers taking land from its raw state to obtaining zoning, platting and going through the lot improvement process. While working with local, regional and national homebuilders, Dan has devoted significant time to learning and staying abreast of the many challenges facing homebuilders today. It was this expertise that helped Dan broker the sale of one of Tucson’s largest privately held homebuilding companies, New World Homes, to KB Home in 2002 for over $60,000,000. In addition to commercial real estate brokerage, Dan has a background in shopping center development and management, having developed several retail centers in and around the Tucson area and managing over a dozen retail centers.
