As a commercial real estate broker with Chapman Lindsey, Mark specializes in selling office buildings, shopping centers, and investment-quality commercial real estate. He is currently studying NAFTA and FTAA policies and intends to expand his brokerage business into Mexico and South America.

In 2002, after sixteen months of intensive study, Mark achieved the esteemed CCIM designation for commercial real estate brokers.

In 2006, Mark served as President of the CCIM Chapter of Southern Arizona. Before he joined Chapman Lindsey, Mark worked for Bourn Partners as a Commercial Broker. Before that, he sold law books and software to attorneys for a national legal-publishing corporation.

Mark graduated from law school in 1994, and from college in 1991.
